Animal Meditation
When I am in my room, I like looking through the window at birds flying, birds sitting on the tree branches and drinking water.
I learn a lot from this practice. I understand the true meaning of life. How to simply live your life, let go of stresses, trust the natural process of life and be present and available in your body and not only in your mind.
The problem in us humans is we take things so seriously and personally. We wonder and hold on to the past. We want things to be perfect. We get upset when things are messy and not organized. We judge and blame thinking we are right and others are wrong. And on and on.
But then when you look at nature and animals, you learn a lot from their behaviours. I don’t say act or be like an animal. Instead, I recommend not to forget the true essence of life and to appreciate the liveliness and vibrancy that reside in each one of us.
