Blame and Judge in Relationships

The number one killer can happen in relationships is negativity such as blame, judge and complain. Especially if one person in the relationship takes it all while the other person sits back and highlights all the flaws and mistakes.

What crosses my mind in the arena of negativity is blame and judge. Blaming the other person that it was his/her fault. Judging the person and fixated on being right and self-centred all the time.

This scenario makes the relationship one sided. It is like always that one person instead of both. It removes the balance element in the relationship. Here the relationship is not a relationship anymore but it is a competition of who is right and who is wrong.

So a message to everyone out there. Cut off being negative in your relationships. Whenever you want to point your blame and judge finger towards your partner or friend, ask yourself: Do I want to be right or I would rather be happy? It doesn’t matter about the situation. But what matters is both the persons to be valued and recognised as separate human beings who are doing the best they can with the knowledge they have.
