Content and Centered

Those two words always cross my mind whenever I rush, attach to do more, panic, obsess and judge.

It is normal and human to look at where you are, feel tight sometimes and get upset. But then the big perspective thinking shows you the reality, what you can do in the moment, what matters and how to express gratitude for the blessings you already have.

Personally, the thought that makes me suffer often is: You are not enough. You gotta do more. You have to work more. You should take better care of your kids. You must clean your house more.

But what is it about not enough? Is it the need to be perfect? Is it the need to be special? Is it the need to stand out? Is it to fill an emptiness inside? Or is it comparing with others?

After processing and reflecting, I normally reach to this point: You are already enough where you are. You breath. You exist. You witness the living creatures in front of you. You have got all the blessings and privileges without struggling or proving yourself.

So again, what is it really all about the not enough idea?
