Eid Al Adha 2026

It’s already 4th day of Eid Al Adha. It was lovely celebrating Eid with family.

For me this year was different from last years. Al hamdulillah I managed to fast the first 9 days of Al Hajj month with disconnecting from the outside world activities. Several events and activities I apologized to attend in order to focus spiritually during those blissful days.

When it was the day of Arafa, I was watching people standing on the mountain of Arafa praying, worshiping, asking, begging and crying. That view itself caught me emotionally. I was wondering inside: The mountain so full of worshipers from around the world. All categories of people being equal with wearing only their hajj clothes and surrendering their everything to Allah. This is their situation and they haven’t met Allah yet. What if they have seen Allah, what could their condition be like?

I kept praying as well and hoping to go perform Hajj next year insha Allah. I was like: All thousands of people travelled to Makka to perform Hajj. Why didn’t I yet?

And then 1st day Eid arrived. It was nice to meet the family, observe the beautiful Eid outfits and see the children play and ask for Eid treat.

On 2nd day Eid I met my dad and mom families around Hail and Khoudh area.

However it was extremely hot and the kids carried lots of tension and stress to prepare for their final exams.

I wish happy and blessed Eid for all the family and friends and may Allah accept our prayers and deeds. Ameen.
