Figuring it out

There are many situations in life where you can’t just expect the answer to be there for you available. Those are the type of scenarios where you need to find the process yourself by asking, approaching, interacting and showing up.

Another word for this is figuring it out. It is like you search for the missing puzzle pieces and find a way to connect them to arrive your desired vision.

Just imagine you are in a dark room and alone. The lights are off. You realize the electricity power has been disconnected. Now your mind will wonder. What shall I do? Shall I call my neighbour to check if she also has the same problem? Or shall I call an electrician to come over and check?

The same practice can be applied in other circumstances of your life like changing your career, recovering your relationship, starting a business or initiating a project. For sure some hard feelings will boil up like uncertainty, self-doubt, worry, anxiety, lack of self-confidence, fear and frustration.

The important thing to remember here is to keep pushing and moving and don’t stop. When you stop, you allow your fear to control you. But when you consistently continue, you let your fear sit back in the passenger seat and you take charge of the driver seat.

An advantage with figuring it out is you are in the unknown and you don’t know the outcome yet of your work. This creates a sense of thrill and excitement. It motivates you to take the daily action steps because you are curious of the destination you will eventually reach. Also it creates momentum of taking step after step after step.

At the end, remember to hold on to your faith and belief. Whatever you do or aspire to achieve, there is this higher power that sees you, recognizes you, knows you and is with you along the way of your journey.
