Interesting Vibes
This week I observe several things happening closely.
Today, Wednesday, my neighbors are visiting us to check on my son who had surgery last week. And in the evening I have a parent meeting with my son’s teachers to discuss about his days in school and how they have been for him and for the teachers.
Tomorrow, Thursday after our Quran class, we would celebrate Omani Women Day by bringing food and celebrate each other with one another.
On Saturday, I would celebrate the Omani Women Day occasion in Al Salam School in the evening by bringing copies of my book, arranging my assigned corner and interacting with the visitors.
On Sunday, myself and my female colleagues have been invited to a gathering in the university auditorium to have a meal and enjoy each other.
Then on Monday, we together with the female neighbors would attend an evening gathering in a private school in the neighborhood. Several neighbors would bring food, treats, coffee and drinks. There would be also lively music, games and a photography corner.
It is fun and warm to have such an exciting schedule to look forward for.
Deep down my heart, it is not just performing, acheiving and doing. But it is also being fully present and appreciating the moment as it is without any expectations.
