Alienation at Work

I am not sure if anyone can understand this post. But don’t you notice moments of dehumanization at work or wherever you interact with people?

You are there but you are not there. You exist but you don’t exist.

This is what I personally face at work.

However, because of my endless passion towards teaching and interaction with students, I continue to create those interactive sessions with both colleagues and students to talk about topics that most relate to us.

Topics are a mixture of personal and professional areas we face in our daily lives.

I always come out of those sessions lively and energetic. They indicate: You are not alone. There is a community out there who face similar struggles as you. It is ok. You are fine. Just keep doing what you do. And continue shining light in the lives of others.
