Book Writing and Book Marketing

I started writing in the form of short blog posts in a public website in October 2023. Then it became an essential part of me. It is like a self-discovery process where I get to know my likes, dislikes, aspirations, dreams and challenges.

After I published my first book: You are not alone last year 2024 in December, I came across book marketing.

To be honest with you, I am a newbie when it comes to marketing. I hesitate a lot when talking about my staff. Thoughts like: don’t show off, it is nothing, it is no big deal, it is silly cross my mind.

I know I gotta do lots of internal dialogue work and processing. But book marketing is quite new for me and because I am a passionate learner, I am willing to learn the process.

So far the book marketing activities I do are taking pictures of the book and the articles, posting in Instagram, delivering talks about the book in public places like schools, colleges.

I hope with time and patience I become better at book marketing.
