Disconnected and Isolated

When you are disconnected from tribes and communities in your social circle for whatever reason, you think: I am alone. I am lonely. I have no purpose. I am meaningless. What is the use of my living experiences?

Then I remember this statement: When something in you dies, there is something else that wants to be born.

Keep the faith. Activate your belief. Strengthen your heart. Don’t be discouraged by the situation or the feelings inside you.

Look for the positives. Write down the blessings. Remember your strength points. You went through all those life events and you are still here holding on strong, brave and resilient.

Seek for the enlightened path. Even if the situation you are at is so dark and difficult, there is the only one God who knows you, sees you, hears you, recognizes you and waits for you to reach out, approach and ask.
