Understanding Math and Numbers
There are those several recites from the Holy Book of Quran where Allah points to the sequence of day and night, moon and sun. He created this for us to understand the number of years and math.
This is what I like to call the numbers game. When you check on your numbers closely (expenses, income, cashflow, profit and debt), you become empowered and financially informed.
You know where the cash is going. You decide which part is your personal ownership and which part to be assigned to others.
Both spectrums exist in this numbers game. One spectrum is giving away believing that when you give, you receive more. The other spectrum is prioritizing in specific and putting your voice into the numbers game. This is when you choose to say NO to not the important, delay gratification and utilize the existing market to help reduce your expenses.
Finally, an important part to remember also in this context is gratitude. Use gratitude to appreciate what you currently have. Give thanks to the blessings you already have even if they are small. Mention them one by one. Dive into the precious gifts you have while others don’t have. And then use this gratitude feeling to move forward, live life, take the steps and acheive your desired future vision.
