How to Talk to Yourself?
When you tune to your inner talk, you find: You are useless. What are you doing? You don’t know what you are doing. This doesn’t make any sense. Stick to the old way of doing things. This won’t work.
Such inner talk is negative, critical, hyper vigilant and judgmental.
No wonder you see people freeze in one place, can’t take action and depressingly living life.
Then I look to our humanity from a broad perspective. How would you really want to talk to yourself? Are you happy with that critical inner talk? Will you use that negative inner dialogue when talking with a little child?
