Integrity at Work

Integrity at work is where you do the work from the bottom of your heart. It is when you take the big perspective into account. It is where you don’t allow your personal interests and goals to manipulate your actions and performance at work.

Unfortunately, today integrity at work is becoming a rare thing. People allow their personal agenda to interfere their work performance.

Don’t be surprised when your colleague or supervisor says something today and says something else and totally different tomorrow.

In front of you, you hear something but behind your back it is something very far from what you expect and know.

It is sad and frustrating to witness a reality that clashes with your values. I love work and prefer to do it with maximum excellence and integrity. But then when you find people doing otherwise, it affects the vibe of the whole work environment and crushes the team spirit and enthusiasm.
