Life as a Perspective
When I am sad, angry and stressed, the best thing I like doing is drive to an outdoor location and stay there chilling and observing life as it is. This can be in a playground, beach or top of a hill or mountain.
When I do that, I realize that life is too precious and temporary to waste it in overthinking and stressing. People are people and you can’t control their behaviours and actions. But what you can do is live your life, be yourself, go out, watch the life picture and experience your living to the maximum.
The life sceneries I remember from yesterday’s evening are the green bushes and trees, a cat cuddling and sitting beside me, the red and orange sky, kids playing and running and feeling the wet grass and sand under my feet.
You might think these views are silly and too little to mention. But believe me. When you allow yourself to sink deep in these precious blessings, you realize you have got so much gifts and blessings to taste and experience in life.
Don’t let yourself to be dragged into darkness and pain. Open your eyes, ears, heart and mind. Feel your senses as if you are feeling them for the first time. Look at your surroundings as if it was your last time to witness before you die.
