Meditating Life

When you meditate through life, things start to shift. You are not attached to things or people anymore. You become filled from the inside out. You become less needy. You become happy, still, serene and comfortable with wherever you are.

You realize life is more than the seeking and hunting. You discover the beauty and fullness of life. You find your life is already full and complete and you don’t need anything extra.

Open your heart to life. Go outside. Visit a nature place like a park, beach or top of a hill. Enjoy the view. Question how life was created. Look at the sky on top of you and the earth under you. Observe the perfect sequence of day and night. Our life is already perfectly organized and shaped in the best order. What else you want or need?
