Thirsty to Learn
I like this perspective when Robin Sharma talked about the white belt mentality. See yourself as a beginner when it comes to learning. Accept to come down to earth and learn the basics.
Because when you say: I already know or it is enough for me, you kill the spirit for learning.
There is no full stop for learning. It is unlimited. The more you learn, the more you realize your lack of knowledge and information.
It is not only the theory learning but the practical too. When you learn the theory and limit yourself to that, you constrict your learning capacity.
We are not here to only learn from text books but also learn life and how it works. When you notice the gap between theory and practice, you understand your need to learn more, tweak, adjust, analyse, reflect and process the information.
Be open and flexible when it comes to learning. There are no strict rules here. Accept to unlearn and learn again. Admit the humility of doing mistakes and learning from them. Because as Gary Zukav said: This earth is the earth school. We all are students to life and each situation we face is a lesson that needs to be learned from, processed and reflected.
