You Do You

One of my favourite conversations I had recently with my eldest daughter. I was brainstorming with them on using the social media to promote my book: You are not alone.

She said: Just do you. I laughed and said: That’s a great idea. Just do me. It sounds easy and straightforward. But because of so many stereotypes were taught to believe, it can get hard and confusing.

But I like this tip. It glued tight in my mind. Whenever I do something, post a picture in Instagram, design a collage or prepare a presentation, I remember this. Do you and you will be fine.
