A Moment of Sadness
We all cross through moments of sadness and grief. It can get so painful and emotional. Sometimes even words can’s describe the actual feeling.
During such moments, you often need to stop everything. Let go of what you are doing. Pause. Isolate. Disconnect. Sit on your own and contemplate.
When the feeling gets tensed and the tears are rushing in, you just need to let it out. Speak it out in your prayer. Express it emotionally and painfully. Be vulnerable and open. Open your heart. Allow yourself to feel the pain. Cry it out. Get it all out. Feel all the feelings.
We can’t deny the fear we feel and the worry that consumes us in such moments. But then when you remember the higher power above you and that someone sees you and hears you from a higher place, it gets even more emotional and attaching. You can’t help it but go back there. You can’t do anything but release yourself to the One God. You are totally powerless and have no choice except surrender and accept totally the unfolding of the situation.
My prayers to all who face such moments to hold on to faith and hope. Whatever is happening in your life, remember. You are not alone and you never will be. Allah is there with you in every step you take. Whatever the journey you are in and the outcomes that happen, you belong there and you would eventually go back there.
