An Evening With My Family

Yesterday was spent with my family, my kids, my mom and brother.

We had lunch together and chatted about so many things.

You might not believe me. I am married for 14 years and I still get homesick and miss my family home dearly.

It feels like just recently I got married and shifted out of my home.

Whenever I go there and spend time with my family, the time flies so quickly. When I am there, I wish the time to freeze so I spend more time there.

After lunch and taking a short nap, we went out for a ride at Muttrah, Muscat and Qurum. We had a lovely walk near Al Alam Palace and took many pictures. We also had our dinner in an Italiano restaurant in Qurum.

Many conversations we had and memories shared. It is also interesting to watch my mom catching up with her grandchildren and experience their latest updates and funny talks.

Finally, it is indeed difficult when you were so closely attached to your home and family, start a new chapter in life and need to leave and live separately in another home. Just thinking about it still flashes tears out of my eyes.

Anyhow, this is life and we need to move on and live it with all its ups and downs.
